Our basic office cleaning package includes the following. Packages can be customized to meet your companies needs.
Basic Office Cleaning Package :
1. Empty wastebaskets.
2. Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables.
3. Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases and shelves.
4. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
5. Low dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, ledges, moldings.
6. Dust all shelves, picture frames, knickknacks, ledges, cobwebs, radiators, etc.
7. Spot clean reception lobby glass including front door and any other partition or door glass.
8. Clean and sanitize telephones.
9. Damp mop resilient and hard floors as needed, vacuum carpeted areas.
WASHROOMS Cleaning:
1. Clean, sanitize and polish sinks, counters, including toilet bowls,
urinals, hand basins.
2. Clean all glass and mirrors.
3. Empty all containers and disposals, insert liners as required, spot clean and sanitize container.
4. Spot clean all walls, doors and partitions.
5. Refill all dispensers to normal limits. Supplies to be furnished by client.
7. Low dust all horizontal surfaces below 36" including sills, moldings, edges,shelves, frames, ducts, heating outlets.
8. Sweep, damp mop, and sanitize hard floor.
EATING AREAS:
1. Damp clean and sanitize table tops, seats and back of chairs.
2. Clean, polish and refill napkin holders.
3. Empty all containers and disposals. Spot clean exterior and interior of all containers.
4. Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.
5. Spot clean doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, handles, walls, and interior glass.
7. Dust
8. Clean entire interior glass in partitions and doors.
